Flowers and femininity create the essence of Bulgari’s line of Diva watches. This delicate collection contrasts the soft pastels of rubellite, mother of pearl, or pink gold against stronger, dramatic diamonds or black onyx for a watch that sparkles with opulence yet is not overbearing. The aesthetics that informs Bulgari’s jewelry and watches has its roots in ancient Rome to neoclassicism. These visual codes have formed the basis of Bulgari’s creations and the symbolism finds its way into may contemporary pieces. The Roman Baths of Caracalla built between AD 212 and 216 inspired the Diva watches.
