On Tuesday, Feb. 25th, Christie’s will launch an online-only jewelry sale, Statement Jewels, that will last through Thursday, March 6th. More than 80 lots will be sold at varying price points. Highlights include a ruby and diamond timepiece by Chopard; ruby and diamond jewelry sets by Van Cleef & Arpels; and a set of emerald and diamond jewelry by Chaumet. According to Christie’s, the auction house in 2013 achieved its highest ever annual jewelry sales results at $678.3 million.
