Boucheron’s Serpent Bohème collection has shed its characteristic yellow or white gold skin. Favorite pieces from the jeweler’s signature line can now be found in radiant rose gold. The new metal adds an extra feminine air to the baubles which curl around fingers and wrists and slide down from ears and necks. As always, the head of a snake — a favorite creature of the maison’s since 1968 — is represented by drops of varying sizes which have been outlined by elegant gold beads and speckled with sparkling diamonds. The honeycomb-esque arrangement allows light to filter though, beautifully enhancing the brilliance of the stones.
