Two icons of Italian luxury, Bulgari and Maserati automobiles, have collaborated to launch an exclusive, limited-edition timepiece: the Octo Maserati Chronograph. The new timepiece is a celebration of anniversaries. Maserati turns 100 this year, and in tribute, Bulgari only manufactured 1,914 pieces to commemorate the automobile manufacturer’s 1914 founding date.  This past year marked Bulgari’s 130th year in business as well. The watch’s self-winding chronograph is notoriously fast, and the watch has been nicknamed “Velocissimo,” which translates to “the fastest.” As well as speed, designers have created an exquisitely designed timepiece that reflects Italian luxury and refinement.
